How to use:
Before using the pump make sure you washed your hands before you touch the breast shield or your breast. Position the breast shield over your breast and start pumping with a low level of suction. Empty both breasts during pumping session and put them in a bottle. Once filled simply cap the bottle and store in the fridge or freezer.
